We allow athletes to defer their entry until 14 days before the race for up to 1 year.
Inside of 14 days there is a deferral fee.

Simply email [email protected] with the subject being Race Deferral, make sure to state the following information:

1. The race you are registered for

2. The event in the race

3. Your reason for deferral

4. The race you would like to be deferred to

You will be receive a confirmation email.

Less than 13 days before the race there are 2 options:

Pay the deferral fee below.

Or elect to be a virtual runner and receive your race swag in the mail.
